Inclusion and diversity efforts are among today's top business imperatives as companies seek talent management strategies that reflect the global corporate culture. One key focus of those efforts is eliminating barriers to advancement for current women leaders and "pipeline" executives with high potential. If there's ever been a time for a conference addressing the specific needs of women in financial leadership positions, this is it, and it is now.

Designed for women executives, emerging leaders, their colleagues and superiors, this one-day breakthrough leadership event will provide inspiration, perspective and a practical exchange of best practices for understanding the values and motivations of female executives—such as quality work assignments or support for professional development—and how to capitalize on the wide range of talent, viewpoints and ideas they bring to their organizations.

With presentations by a noted roster of experts and corporate leaders, the Women in Financial Leadership Conference will bring participants real-world perspectives and examples of how companies can best attract, manage, develop and retain a diverse group of leaders who excel in their roles and help their companies grow and thrive.

Participants will have a unique opportunity to take stock and take hold of the current career culture of women in financial leadership and find fresh approaches for educating and empowering themselves and others.

Who should attend?

  • Women currently on a finance leadership track
  • Emerging leaders recognized for their leadership potential
  • Senior-level management including financial and human resource executives

Attendees can expect to gain the following insights:

  • Ways of addressing uncertainty within your current position and how to take your career to the next level
  • Steps for building a firm foundation and plan for attracting, including and retaining a diverse leadership team
  • A better understanding of the challenges associated with leadership and the professional platforms aspiring leaders aim to reach
